Hello, There are many such services but I would really recommend going on your own or at least providing a list of sites for people to comment on/ post your links on. Why? Well, because I think no one will really pin-point the exact type of relevance to your site you have in mind. Simply use google blog search or something to retrieve relavant sites, then it'd be very easy and at the same time cheap for someone to do the rest.
