Backlink Help

I want to build a Backlink directory of some sort for my sites, can anyone shed any light on it for me on what is best to go for or what is the best way to build Backlinks.

Ok when you say you want to build a backlinks directory are you referring to a web directory with your websites as the required backlink to submit? If so i suggest you look into PHPLD which is a great web directory script and will allow you to control the sites that add backlinks to you.

If your looking for a good way to build backlinks then i suggest submitting your link on pr6-8 forums, blogs and social bookmarking sites that are related to the content of your site.

Thanx for that info, i would like to build backlinks for my site but i thought that you (I) had to do it via a directory hosted at my domain.

I think your talking about building backlinks to your site which honestly takes a lot of man hours or give your readers and members a reason to link back to your site and create it viral.

I think getting links from high pr do follow forums, blogs and social bookmarking can really work for your site.

 

what im missing the understanding on now is "reciprocal link", my site is blog based that i do not allow comments or avatars on nor can you register for it, it is like an information store to products that can be purchased but where would i put "reciprocal link" and what is it?
