Backlink fluctuation

    I'm sure this question must have been asked before, but didnt see it anywhere.

    Why to my number of backlinks fluctuate? My new site is only a few weeks old but I'll go from 430 or so backlinks to like 370 in a day... That seems like a huge fluctuation to me, more so than my first site.

    What tool that u use? many tool shown different result. I always using seo quake.

    Im using yahoo webhosting, which in the site's control panel lists all your relevant backlinks.

    I wouldn't worry about this at all! I stopped checking how many links. Instead, now I focus on traffic.

    Is it raising? Cool!

    Is it dropping? Hell, I must do something about it.

    These two questions are all you have to worry about ;) .

    Thanks, it really doesnt worry me per say, I was just wondering why that is. Yes I agree traffic is FAR more important, but all the little things help as well.
