Hi, Whenever we discuss about link building we talked about blog commenting. But it is difficult to get high PR blogs and if you find then it is no follow. How can i solve the issue. Plz reply. Regards,
Firstly, getting only dofollow backlinks is not a good thing to have. To seem natural to Google's crawler bots, you must have some of both. Otherwise, imagine how suspicious it would be if you had 100 dofollow, and 0 nofollow. Secondly, if you find high PR blogs, then you can still use it to generate more visitors to your site; they will click on your link below your post. As long as you are commenting on a blog in the same niche as you, it should be fine. Thirdly, i disagree. Link building involves a huge array of factors such as: - Backlinks - Reciprocal links - Guest posting on blogs - Link on Social media sites - Forums etc. Hope this helps, please ask me for any more questions. The solution...don't rely on low quality commenting links. The pages may have high PR, but I think Google doesn't count commenting links for much. They are well aware that spammers focus on that strategy for high PR links. Instead get a wide variety of links from things like guest posting, press releases, forum posting, directory submission, social networks, link bait, etc. You don't want to focus too heavily on any one strategy either.
Hi, Thanks for your reply. But one thing i am very much confused that if we concentrate on both do follow and no follow then client doesn't appreciate it. They want only do follow with high PR. How to solve this problem. Regards,
If you target internet marketing niche , you can try this big list with mostly high PR and do follow. http://www.winningtheweb.com/im-top-blogs/
I think you have to convey the message to your clients that link juice of no follow and do follow is important rather then only getting do follow links.
Hey Dude, you can't focus only to blog commenting. but if you do blog commenting make sure that the niche is the same as yours, not only do follows also no follows link can drive traffic to your site. I suggest try be active in Social media like facebook, twitter, linked, chimes, pinterest, stumble, reddit.. hope it helps.
Most blogs are no follow these days, so don't waste time looking for high PR blogs that are do follow. Instead look for blogs and forums within your niche and participate in those, whether they are do follow or no follow. The main purpose of blog and forum commenting is to interact with your potential market. It is a way of building a reputation for your site, not just building backlinks. Hope that helps. Have a good day!
This is where you have to "educate" your clients and I personally know it isn't easy at all But what does the client want at the end? high PR un-relevant links that won't help his website popularity or worst get him penalized or does he want higher rankings, traffic and sales?
Nofollow blogs may appear to pass you no direct SEO benefit but they certainly do pass you SEO benefits and traffic indirectly. People can still click on them and reach your website.
Instead of blog commenting there are many other techniques by the help of which you can create quality back links like directory submission, forum posting, Link wheel, article submissions, yahoo answering, and others. If you ar only focused to blog commenting then you should have to educate your client that only do-follow blogs are not sufficient for good result. Do-follow as well as no-follow combined will give you benefit in terms of traffic increment.
One of the biggest search engines out these days is Google. Google ranks using content, formatting, and linking. The higher that Google calculates the 'quality' of your website, the higher your ranking will be in Google searches. One way to have your website seen as high quality by Google is to have other websites link to it.
First of all link building not only means blog commenting, even blog commenting is a part of link building as there various other link building techniques also. Secondly, both dofollow and nofollow links are important but links should be high authority, quality and relevant.
most of the blogs are nofallow blogs so better give more preference to relevancy and do comment on relevant blogs.
