Question of newbie , Why we need to use Back link checker ? .. I checked my site and there is area for OBL .. but i do not know what its stand for ?

 

If you're asking about OBL column on backlinkwatch.com/ you can see their meaning on top left table:
OBL: Outbound Links which means total external links found on backlink giving webpage.
