run a report with the paid tool with SEOmoz LinkScape tool, since they use their custom bot.

I believe the paid version of backlink diagnosis may allow you to do this.. Does anyone else have any other suggestions for backlink checking software?

 

Yahoo site explorer also works very well for finding any domains backlinks.

 

yahoo site explorer or backlinkwatch both are good

 

I know a tool that is backlinkwatch.com and I have never faced any problem with that so I think it is the best tool for checking the back links.

i uses the google and the yahoo services for checking the backlinks of my site..i dont have trust on any other tool.. couse their results are alwalys different then these tools..
