Backlink check in Google and Yahoo totally different -0 in google 14000 in Yahoo

i totally agree. And sometimes is a bit stressing, u feel like ur site is so poor facing google)

 

I have always found Yahoo Site Explorer the most accurate. Not sure why, but Google just seem to be lacking in this department.

I am actually testing both now for www.omalleysautomotive.com.au

 

I want to ask for question, How get quality google backlinks ?

I have maintained that PR is just one of the methods, but it is not everything. However, I would say that Google Analytics is a great tool to tell you how your site is doing. Its results are usually correct and reliable.

 

I have seen the same reaction as well..

 

We find that if you want links to show up fast in google it is better to add a sitemap under webmaster tools then they will crawl your site and then hopefully pull links up to your website, but until google is aware of your site they will not go looking for links for a website they do not know about.
