backlink analyzing problem!!!!!

    :)can somebody tell me that if my competitor has thousands of backlinks then how to analyze them in respect: type of site(from where backlinks are coming) ex:blog etc, type of link(that is given on that site) ex:comment or post or paid advertisement, link count:how many links are from same domain. Is there any backlink analyzing software that does it all.
    I will be very greatful to you if you give me exact answer.
