Backing Up Wordpress - Help!

    Hi,

    I just bought a site from a guy and he said that he does not have access to the hosting :( Is there a wayu via the wordpress admin that I can get all the files and DB?

    i am BRAND NEW to using wordpress (7 days as of today, w00t! ), but i know there is an "Export" option in the dashboard, under 'manage' ..
    I think this will allow you to get just about everything.
