Backing up cPanel or online files

I'm looking for a way to back up my online files (and Mysql databases, if possible)...

*... without having to download everything to my hard disk (my Provider only allows me to up-and download 10GB every month - I'm over that when I backup all my sites only once)

    * ... on autopilot (set and forget)

    * ... without having to download all what's on the server. It would be great if only changed files cood be added to the existing backup

    (I'd settle for 2 out of 3 :))

I've purchased CPSiteSaver and the thing works great, but it downloads the entire server to my hard disk, every time again :(

    All tips are welcome!

You might want to take a look at some backup services. Your data can be backed up in different server, in different datacenter. So, in case the main server goes wrong, you can have your data restored in new server. Contact Scott at bqbackup.com

Yup. Scott at bqbackup.com is the guy for this. You can also use talanovbackup.com , which reseller from bqbackup.com. They use the hardware that bqbackup provides them.

With a remote backup solution, you could do rsync and this would rsync only the modified files.

I've contacted Scott, but he told me I need SSH access to be able to use their service. Since none of my webhosting accounts allow this, I don't have access to Rsync (so they tell me)
