backgound image switch in div w/form

    In left column under seasonal offers, the div has a background image that changes on mouseover and reverts on mouseout. The new image is an animated gif.

    In FF, the on state is retained when the form field receives focus. In IE and Safari, mousing over or clicking the form elements causes the over gif to load again.

    Thoughts?
