Backend for User Article type submission

    I want to create a site where users can submit a story of an accomplishment along with pictures and video,

    I want other to be able to comment/rate the post/story

    any ideas on what to do for a back end..

    I want random people to be able to create account and post to the site.. but nothing out in terms of administration..

    Any suggestion what to to use for a back end?

    you can try articles script like xooArticles. I think that is exactly what your are looking for.
