Back to School Blues

1. Has anyone noticed any significant change in income, stats due to the back to school time? Or do you think you will?

2. Has anyone changed their work priorities shift because they're going back to school?


Just curious. I'm going back in a few days, although I don't think anything will change for me.

 

My 6 year old went back today... most productive day of the last 6 weeks for me personally

 

I have 3 kids, all back at school and my wife also started school today. Boy it's been quiet...and productive.

My earning today are above average.

 

That's good to hear I guess.

Since the only site I'm running now is targeted at the students in my school directly, I'm hoping, and assuming that I'll do pretty well.

 

When do people go back to school?

What I did notice is that this weekend was just TERRIBLE for me, my adsense income was 50% of what it is usally is.

And today, now that everybody is back at their office wasting their time on the net, my earnings are back to normal levels.

I hate holidays!!

 

my income is still around average, but its been jumpy since the teens (that i target) have gone back to school.

but i hope my homework/school advice section will make up for any losses when they are doing research etc

 

When did they go back to school? I did notice today that my teen site had low traffic in the morning, and then it jumped up in the afternoon, just like in a normal school day

 

i dunno about other countries but here (UK) most went back this week

 

Home sales always peak in the summer. Things will pick up for us again around mid November. Even so it hasn't slowed down too much.

 

no increase or desrease in my income - the are still at the previous average

 

My traffic dropped by about 50% today. Not sure why, maybe school starting has something to do with it.

 

Strange, I had about a 10% increase in traffic. /shrug

 

My traffic and ctr went up nicely since school started again ,

 

I don't go to school but I know some people who do.
