Do you experience back problem sitting all day in front of your computer? I hope I could hang an LCD monitor on the ceiling so that I could lay, flat on my back while working... relaxing!

Don't overdo it, stand up from time to time and do some stretching.

    Get one of these things:

I've got one and it's awesome, I spend 15 mins on it every morning. It makes you feel like you've just been to the physio, improves circulation etc. etc.

I have to agree with this too, thanks for the tips. I have also had back ache since I started at my job, not used to sitting in front of a computer for so long.
