Back out of Supp

    For those who were thrown into supp results about a week ago you should be recovering, yesterday Google threw the switch back and both mine and a friend's site came mostly out of supplemental yesterday afternoon.

    It is advisable to have unique titles, META tags and content so as to avoid getting into supplemental results. We never know when will Google decides to pull them in again..
