    Just like Google, Bing and Yahoo also has his own Webmaster Tools. In Google you can find your incoming backlinks but not sure about Bing and Yahoo.

    Yes, yahoo has its own webmaster. Yahoo site explorer is not accurate and who knows how often their data is updated. Look into MajesticSEO.com for the best back link data..

    There are different tools. You can use there webmaster tools or can use plugin in your browser to find out the back links.

    You can use webmaster tools to find out back links. It is effective and useful. Otherwise you can use plugin also. But I think webmaster tools are useful method for finding back links.

    You can easily get Yahoo & Bing backlinks but really hard to get Google Backlinks...
