back links in my sig for my own site

    Ok on my own site, i have added a Hyperlink to my home page. how do search engines handle that? Is it ok?

    Out of curiosity... did you intend to include Session IDs in your signature links?

    I think it might depend on how much you post ;) If you post heaps then the SE's might think it's spam... in which case you'd be better off linking to your profile instead, and having the site in your profile - that way the worst that can happen is your profile page will get penalised :)

    The links to the dog forms contain session id's I would remove them as soon as possible.

    It's pretty much expected for sites to link most/all pages back to their own home page. Shouldn't be a problem. Or am I misunderstanding you?
