How can get backlinks from twitter?
I have seen one site "tweetmeme.com"
they are giving backlinks. is there more sites like this which related to twitter?

My account banned from twitter. How can I avoid ban from twitter?

Please advise me. I know some twitter Gurus in DP.

Links from twitter are no-follow :) It won't help your site on achieving it's high ranking.

Traffic is what most of webmasters target while using twitter.

LikeJJ27 said, they're nofollow - no use as backlinks, only any use if they're targeted and get traffic. You get retweeted a lot by being interesting.
And to not get banned - DON'T SPAM.

Exactly what the people above said , webmasters use twitter to generate quality traffic , not for back link purposes !

    well as tweetmeme.com

twellow.com(twitter directory) is another one which provides you backlink

And as per ban is concern you are the 1st person i have encountered who is banned from twitter well try to analyze why you were banned and try to ask there technical scheme to take you out from it

Twitter can give you backlinks, yes. I do mean it.

And by backlinks I’m not talking any PR 1, PR 2 link, but a pretty good Pagerank 4, link with decent authority.
Before going into the steps on how to get it, let me remind you that this is no “trick”, but something I noticed today, and its genuine, so thought I’d share it with you.

Be it Twitter or your blog, without great quality content you are going to try and weed off, so everything starts from designing great content. With “great” content, I mean content that’s likely to get popular with the crowd, content that people will enjoy sharing and content that will give them some value to take home with.

Assuming you have great content, this is how you can manage to get some good backlinks with Twitter.

    1. Get your friends to re-tweet your tweet. (Which could be your blog post.)

    2. As more and more Tweeple keeps re-tweeting the story, it gets popular yea ?

    3. And then, assuming a lot of people re-tweeted it and the trend keeps improving, you are going to get featured popacular.com/twitter, automatically.

The tool, tracks and lists down popular re-tweets made by Twitter users and lists down the original URL of the story/article and links it to the site. And that’s a link that passes google juice (as of writing this post, it is.)

And that link was a dofollow one. So it does pass Google juice as the page its featured on is PR4.

Twitter only, and only gives your site traffic. And at the end, we won't get any backlinks from any of our tweets...

If the links from Twitter would be do-follow anyone would get a higher PR, but Twitter is used for traffic and for it's interactivity.
