How to get backlinks Hope that helps.. On a serious note, how do you run a make money blog without knowing how to get "Back Links"?
I think Google is funny about backlinks - along with many other things I have seen many well established sites with excellent SEO, thousands of pages, monthly visitors and backlinks from yahoo bing alexa etc yet web tools still report zero backlinks from Google Even if you build or pay for genuine one way back links - you are likely to still find Google reporting zero backlinks. So my advice is to just concentrate on getting the one way back links - Google will see them and know they are there, even if they don't want you to let you know how many they think you have
Get backlink from google? that's interesting Then sure your site will get good result if google give you backlink...lol
- Link Exchange - Dofollow blogs and directories - Writing good content (that will be linked to on other sites)
I agree with the other guy... You seem to be running a make money online blog (blog has your name on it) - YET you are posting on DP asking how to get backlinks??? My suggestion is that you do what just about every successful webmaster has done... READ LOTS, there are some great threads here on DP - look at what link building services people are selling, see which are popular and have good feedback, and then pay those guys to do their stuff - if you can't afford that, or you want to learn how it all works, then read what they offer, and figure out how/why it works. It is not rocket science, but like most things, it requires both time and dedication to learn to do link building properly/effectively. If you really want to learn how to be good at link building, maybe setup a couple of 'testing blogs' - .info domains are cheap! - So buy 3 or 4, and have fun testing out new techniques on them. To give you a head starts, here are some suggestions for you to research: *** Article writing and submission (some sites accept just link in resource section, others in the body too) *** Press release writing/submission (some sites have Google news approval, which is good) - Write ABOUT SOMETHING INTERESTING ;-) - Don't spam PR sites!!! - A good item for a PR site is like, 'New Website josechukkiri.110mb.com Helps Visitors Make Money Online' or even 'New Tool on josechukkiri.110mb.com Helps With Banner Exchanges' - that kind of thing. *** Profile Link Building - Now, this is a little more 'grey hat' than the first too. The idea is to join lots of sites (usually forums) and add your link to your profile page - the theory being that a sub page of a high PR domain carries some inherent value due to it's parent homepage's PR/Trust in big G. If you choose to go down this route, be CERTAIN to choose someone that has got good feedback, and is not too spammy! *** Web 2.0 Pages (The black hatters call this one parasitic hosting) - Basically, you put a page of content (an article etc) on a web 2.0 site, like squidoo, or hubpages (lots more are out there, google search on: 'linkwheel site list' - as people often use web 2.0 sites to make link wheels... The article can/should link to your website, but try to follow the terms of the individual web 2.0 sites that you use... you can then throw some social bookmarks, and maybe some profile links at your web 2.0 site. *** Social Bookmarking - Tweet your post (if you have a blog) - tweet anything interesting... tweet your articles, tweet your press releases (only 1 version of each article/press release, or it will look spammy!!!) - Then also tweet other related sites, and news items - so that your twitter account doesn't JUST have YOUR sites tweeted!!! - Then follow other twitter users in your niche - some will follow you back - 1 week after following someone, if they don't follow you back then unfollow them (avoid unfollowing too many people at once though!) Also join stumble and other social bookmarking sites, and bookmark your sites - be sure to bookmark other related, interesting sites too - to keep your accounts 'clean' and avoid the ban hammers!!! Social bookmarking can be great, once you have quite a few friends/followers, consider running a competition - winner gets some ebook, tool or membership - put the details on your website, and tweet and social bookmark the offer - That can cause other people to link to/talk about the offer - thus gaining you some organic links (this is kinda known as 'link bait' - Google that term for more ideas, there are LOTS). *** Forum Posting - This is a bit different to profile link building... Join forums related to your niche, post USEFUL threads and/or replies to posts. Add your site URL in your profile, and if the forum allows, in your siggy (like you have done on DP). AVOID BEING SPAMMY OR RUDE!!! - Instead, be useful and helpful!!! I just typed that straight from my head, so please excuse any typos!!! It should be enough to get you going though I think? - If you found it usefull, ya know where the thanks button is
If you want backlinks from google search google sites that you can post to. Like blogspot, even a google profile that allows your link. It will be difficult to get too many backlinks from google itself, and only a fraction of google backlinks are worth anything anyway.
Keep on posting in forums, blog commenting in high page rank sites. article posting, press releases. Do the entire off page work that you can do.
Google Consider quality back links. So, you need to make efforts to build quality back links through different SEO sources.
Google deliberately limited the link operator several years ago to stop people reverse engineering. Matt Cutts explains - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TjQ2QVQpaK0
There are plenty of sources to get backlinks from Google like: Article submissions forum submissions directory submissions blogs posting blog commenting
I agree with MakZF. Blog posting, article submission, comments on blogs are good way to increase google backlinks.
