    I use backlinkwatch.com, which shows the backlinks, their anchor text and the outbound links.

    Aside from backlinkwatch, you can use 'OpenSiteExplorer' by seomoz..its a great tool for checking backlinks

    you can use Google webmaster tool to check backlink and backlinkwatch.com is also good.
