Back links also updated

    Google has updated PR and backlinks.My site PR has increase from 1-2 and its backlinks also increased from 4-7.
    http://www.aeesoft.com/
    But ranking has remains the same it is not changed.

    PR and ranking both are different things so don't expect that if you got PR then ranking as well. Anyway I didn't notice any back link update.

    Agree. PR=Backlinks. And with PR0 your pages can rank on # 1. So no connection between PR and Ranking.
