Back linking domains are ranking higher than my domain? :(

    Hello All,
    Have you faced the situation where you have put your website's link and the domain is ranking much higher than your website like the back linking domain is on 2nd page and your website is on 12th page on Google[dot]com having 10 results per page.
    How to overcome this situation?

    It's usual may be that site has better linking structure than yours. That might have more and quality back links than you have.

    If you have placed your link on some website, this does not mean your website will rank high than backlinking website.

    There are several other factors which contribute in deciding your website rankings...

    Sites are ranked for different reasons and just because you give one backlink doesn't mean anything at all. In all probability that site in question has better/more backlinks than yours.
