Backlinks are one of the main source for getting traffic, you get backlinks through blog comments, forum posting, social bookmarking and many other ways.
If you can find some edu and gov blogs you may be able to add your link via a comment (obviously the comment should be useful or you will just find your link removed)
You can search .edu & .gov sites on google using your keyword, Try to search with this logic: , Internet Marketing is the keyword. Same logic for .gov.
