Back Link Tool

Hey guys...to see my back links - I have an account w/ google.com/webmasters or I just do "link:myDomain.com" on Yahoo. Just wondering if there are other tools out there that can show backlinks to your site.

 

Lots tool out there showing you the same result !!

 

I use this free tool:
backlinkwatch.com

It's a good way of tracking where you're getting backlinks from. Beats most other tools I have seen.

 

This free tool doesn't seem to show all the backlinks. I tested one of my sites and it showed just two results whereas I know there are more back links coming to my site.

 

I like the yahoo site explorer. It does a decent job.

 

I don't know about tools but i know one good website "backlinkwatch.com".It gives more detailed results than yahoo site explorer.
The results include no of backlinks,anchor text of backlink,PR of that page from which you got backlink,no of outbound links and tells you whether the backlink is dofollow or nofollow.

 

Backlink checkers such as the one posted above are innacurate.

Webmaster tools will display the backlinks that Google sees. They are the ones that are important not the ones that cheap backlink checkers show you.

You can use the free tools at:

domain-pop.com/

 

Most tools will use yahoo or google's data and present it in different manner. You can download the links from yahoo or google's tools directly.

 

Is google against backlink tools?

I am using only 2 that I find great the one is domain pop and the other is yahoo site explorer. Maybe google is against on backlink because the link: is not working accurately.

 

yahoo site explorer and backlinkwatch are very good

Backlinkwatch is my favorite as well.
