    Bear in mind that sites with existing PR have not gotten new PR in over a year (other than the screwy August 24th update/event, in which some were reduced by 1 on some d/c's), there are alot of webmasters who will not notice for awhile yet (see all the false update threads due to the same event), and those who had PR reduced tend not to mention it.

    Add to that the age of many of the sites mentioned with PR7+, and that this is a long established seo forum, it is not so unusual. Also look at the post counts and join dates of those reporting high PR - these are not newbies, they know how to get good PR even for a brand new site.

    I don't think so. This update is showing my links page going from a pr2 to pr4. Which is the same pagerank as my homepage. Does your links page contain relevant sites?

    Yes. I can confirm this. One of my site which has got PR7 has more than 45,000 backlinks from various sites including some PR7 and Pr8s.

    just confirming what other has said, seeing movement on most DC's from one site of mine ex. pr4 to pr5 and several of its internal pr3 gone to pr5 with some good internal linking structure and the associated Blog 4 months old went from pr0 to pr5 aswell :)

    I till see DP at PR7 and my site, which has been showing my new PR on the toolbar for the last 2 days is again showing old PR.

    It is updated in the UK. Seems to me they have again made the criteria for achieve a s specific PR even higher as on average the amount of back links are growing dramatically across the web.

    I have a site which current holding PR4 and i check the seems like there are some data centers are showing PR6

    and i have a site few months old , i dont think new site with PR0 going to be update with the page rank for this round ..
