Back link from Ezine

    hi,

I have several good articles posted for different categories in Ezine and each one of them gives a backlink to each of my related sites. I can see the links in Yahoo from ezine.
Unfortunately not a single link from ezinearticles is showing in google backlinks.

why is it so? has ezine lost its importance in Google?
    Can anyone throw some light?

No I don't think so. Recently I submitted some articles on Ezinearticles.com and in the latest backlink update, Google start counting some of backlinks from those articles that I wrote for our website.

Google only shows a portion of the links which it has on record for your site, so dont' worry about it.

Interesting. Out of all the articles I've submitted to EZ, I can't recall ever actually seeing one show up as a back link through Google. I've received traffic from clickthru's on the articles, but never saw one as a back link.

I do see them in Yahoo, but not Google. I'm glad to see that others are having success in that area.

It seems to me like EzineArticles backlinks are some of the most effective ones I've managed to get quickly and efficiently.

I definitely see them in the backlink list of Google webmaster tools and I can see an effect on pagerank and indexing of new sites if I submit a few articles related to the new sites' keywords.

Its possible, if your article gets republished on a higher pageranking URL than the ezine domain, Google might only give you credit for the highest of the indexed versions of your article.

All the back links are not displayed by google. So you should not worry.

Check out your backlinks in the Webmasters Tools, This is where your Google backlinks are found,

There is a yahoo SEO tool that shows all links. Use this. I believe it is called Yahoo explorer. You can learn a lot from the links your competition has. The only bad thing, obviously, is it will not tell you which links Google counts.

Don't worry. Yahoo's site explorer is better for checking backlinks, and usually more accurate.

Ezine is used by some of the biggest players in the finance industry - you can rest assured the links are accounted for - just don't expect them to propell you to the top of the SERPS.

Are there any other sites like E-zine out there. How many links can you place on E-zine.

I submit to EzineArticles and my backlinks are shown in google, sometimes it takes google a long time to show new links, so wait awhile, google will find them.

Don't pull your hair out counting your links. The best thing about Ezine is all the people who post articles from their and leave the links in tack.
