    Yes bloodspot blog is very good for back link and bogging it will help you lot, by using the same you can easily bring some traffic on your site beside back link

    Yes its good to have links on blogs, but only when any blog has good no. back links, good no. visiting traffic and good PR. Otherwise no use to have links blogs.
