    Well, for me PR doesn't matter much if i am getting good traffic from PR1 website as compare to non relevant PR 6-7 backlink i will prefer to go with PR1 as for me TRAFFIC is much important ;)

    LMAO! Yeah, that's right, use metatags. Not only that, stuff it with keywords that have NOTHING to do with your site. Might have worked over a decade ago, but SEO has moved on since then...
