Back Link Anchor Text

Hope someone can help me with this.

My websites name and url have the main keywords in it, and an additional word. When building back links, is it okay if I use the name of the website as the anchor text?

    For example:

Main target keyword is: blue widgets
    Website URL: bluewidgetsforums.com
    Anchor Text: blue widgets forums

Or does the anchor text need to be just the keyword 'blue widgets' ?

    Thanks!

I think best thing to do would be to mix it up some but I would say do a 70/30 split with "Blue widgets" being the primary you use for anchor text.
