    Hello digitalpoint,

    after a few years of inactivity on this forum and earning money through internet, I would like to know what are currently the hottest trends around here. I have a lot of free time for the next few months and I would like to start earning as much as soon as possible.

    Something about me:
    -An experienced PHP programmer
    -Good with HTML, CSS, JQuery, AJAX, MySQL and others
    -Can write articles
    -know few things about SEO
    -fast to learn any new technology
    ...

    How well can you do with mobile apps...

    I would like to devote around 4-5h daily to work on something that would start bringing me money in a month or two.

    If you are into internet business you need lot of patience. I would never think of internet if i want to make quick money. Find some other physical business for that.

    Any way you can build a list quickly is your best bet. Once you've got a decent sized e-mail list you can do list swaps, product launches, affiliate sales, etc. The sky is the limit.

    If you want to do it right, you'll find a niche you're passionate in and begin creating epic content. Put an Aweber form on there and start collecting addy... Good luck!

    Howdy! I'm a programmer as well, nice to meet you :) You can try building simple applications for android and appstore, there's a lot of money to be made from apps nowadays. Almost anyone owns a cellphone and tablet devices these days. Have you considered going this route? I'm currently still learning the ropes on how to do this succesfully but I'll get there..

    Indeed, it's hard to make "quick" money on the internet but there's a lot of opportunities for growth. You'd be surprised at how much earning potential there is on the internet.. Just my 2 cents :)

    You can work as affiliate marketer. There are good products you can choose from CLICKBANK website. If you know how to promote
    a product or service using the social media platforms, you could be making money in a few months or weeks. It all depends how
    good you are at marketing.
