How could I contact a Google staff member about my website as I have exhausted all other comms!? Is anyone here a Google PPC rep?

Hmmm, 200,000 call center workers in India dealing with spotty teenagers whinging about why they cant find something when they search for it. The language barrier is bad enough - without unleashing teenage txt speak on the poor Indians!
I tried: http://www.google.com/support/bin/request.py - my concern is not PPC related. Do they have a UK call centre?
Sometimes you will get a response from a google employee on their forum. http://groups.google.com/group/Google_Webmaster_Help Not always, but sometimes, and check back often as they tend to answer questions in spurts, 5-10 at a time.
- anyone else use this email address who is not PPC customer? Also http://groups.google.com/group/Google_Webmaster_Help does not seem very well attended, anyone had luck with this?
Pieman, I've had excellent luck with the forum, but you have to pose the question so that they can answer it in a general way. "Why is my site banned?" won't get answered, but I may have been banned for this, this and this, but I fixed it this way and that, will probably get someones attention. As long as it has some value for all of the other posters, you have a better chance of getting a personalized response. Oh yeah, they've been pretty shy the last couple of weeks because of the conferences that the regulars have been attending, but I expect them back soon.
