Back and Neck pain problem

    you would be amazed how far out of align your spine can get...maybe see the chiropracter..it helped me alot

    I do yoga to help sort out these pains in your back and shoulders (which build up from sitting at your pc) - and it works a treat. I definitely recommend it.

    Stay away from your revolving chair. Use a simple straight chair instead. Sleep on the hard surface.

    I've been sleeping on a futon mattress for the last few days (for the first time since I was teenager), and I'm shocked at how much better my back feels. I don't think it's enough for me to give up my comfy fatso mattress, but a couple of nights a week on a futon is doing me good...

    I already said goodbye to my executive chair almost 2 years before. Second I am already sleeping on hard surface (floor) and said goodbye to mattress. :D

    Sleeping on floor is the best tip to deal with this problem.
