Seems like a decent idea, You don't want to continue development? Does it make any money? How diversified is it? (adsense, links, affiliate income) Take that rev, and multiply it by 10 months if it is all adsense, and by 2 years if it is diversified. If adsense rev is longer than 8 months, then multiply it by more months. That is a very rough guide to the going rate of sites with income. There are other factors, but that should get you in the ball park of worth, and then you have to find a buyer that will pay it
