    I have handcoded this site and used css mostly to give a proper layout,this website does include a simple php navigation and its really easy to add new pages to the site, I will assist you in case you dont understand something..

    Left and Right pannel will contain ads so I left this place empty - one side you can put banner and another side text ads, your choice..
