b4u hosting again sucks me for more than 48 hours i left in without support - i request you and bag you never buy his hosting.

I am not posting scam - but i am making aware the people that dont buy anything in future from this service provider.

do you know they have stopped even Live chat support for my IP

their technical staff is not ready to give me his contact details - what a crap. ???????

If they blocked your IP, I'm sure you had nothing to do with it

 

This reply is to give clarification about this forum thread which is started by Forum member: "cheapbacklink"

He seems to be connected or owner with website Facebookuk.co.uk

We were having this web hosting account suspended due to reason continuous very HIGH CPU Usages which is prohibited use of our shared web hosting services as noted in our terms of service and because of this website our other web hosting accounts hosted on same server of other customers were being affected in term of performance of server.

Regarding ip address of customer that was banned due to reason continuous Abuse language was being used in chat continuously by customer’s end, for this customer himself agreed for the same .

Before suspension of web hosting ac we given few days’ time to customer so that he can think to either control the CPU Usages by coding optimization or either upgrade his ac to dedicated system resources such as VPS/ Dedicated Server.

However, customer was not willing to take any one of such required option, and CPU Usages were continuously very HIGH that’s why the web hosting ac was suspended after this when customer asked for backups we given complete backup of the website and after this even when customer said he is not able to restore the backup at new web hosting service provider’s end then after beyond the terms of service and our work procedures we unsuspended web hosting ac for few hours at our own risk to make customer able to take backup from live website itself and suspended back the web hosting ac after customer taken the backups in order to ensure no harm to the shared hosting server by such high cpu load website.

Decision of suspend of web hosting ac was taken in order to maintain server uptime and quality services for other customer's website hosted on same shared hosting server and as per our terms of service.

In shared web hosting account customer are required to have controlled system resources usages and generally if your website is having high traffic / high system resources requirement a dedicated system resources options such as VPS or Dedicated Server is recommended in order to have performance and quality services.

 

i am always happy with technical service. But recently I feel like I have hit the jackpot with you guys.I will definetly refer to my friends to unlimitedgb.com
