I look after a professional services website, management consulting company.

    http://www.logisticsbureau.com/

We are targetting the following performance areas:

    1. Increased time on site
    2. Reduction in bounce rate
    3. Increased number of visitors
    4. Increased number of page views per visit.
This all gives an indication of overall site performance, but not conversion rates.

Given this is a B2B site, where sales only occur once a customer calls or emails a consultant, this poses a couple of questions:

    1. What is the best way to measure improved site performance?
    2. What are some KPIs for B2B sites? What is a good bounce rate etc?
Any thoughts or comparisones would be most apprecaited.
