What is the best link trading, buying and selling resource of all?

There are many places one can go to trade or sell and buy links. From Linkadage and textlinkbrokers to DP forums. Some are way out there in cost link text link brokers. Others have virtually no one worthwhile to trade with or buy from like Backlinks.com - who wants to pay $5 or $10 a month to someone with a PR 2 site that looks like crap with no traffic and a Alexa rating of 6 million?
This is so that the DP populace, whether newbies or veterans, can quickly find the right one or two places to go and get the exact link they want, have the lowest chance of being scammed (like fake page rank, faked traffic, false traffic (using traffic programs to bbost ratings), etc...) and getting a good deal.
Here's the question, "If you could only go to or vote for one website or resource to buy, seel and trade links at what would it be?" I already listed two that absolutely suck above. Lets see what everyone else has to say. You can also state whom is lousy, bad or full of scams - anything that will help filter through the possibilities and end up with the best resources for trading, buying and selling links.

textlinkbrokers too expensive and links aren't as great as they make them out to be
backlinks.com absolute crap links.
mylinksnetwork wants $20 per month to allow you to exchange links - you can do that for free here on DP.
gotlinks.com free trade network - never used so can't say anything about it.
linkadage.com used to be good a few years ago, has really lost its market share and slim pickings

What about Text-links-ads.com dude? Have you tried them also or are they too expensive as well? Thanks for sharing.
