There is nothing too much to learn about social bookmarking. It's used for getting your site indexed faster in Google and drive traffic. Unless you have some cool / original content, don't expect traffic from sites like Digg, etc. Also do not submit your entire sites at once (even if your content is outstanding) because it will look like spamming and they might ban you and even worse - blacklist your domain.
