    Sorry for the late reply.

    Well the site sells three e-books one of them the most popular on clickbank.
    It has got two ebooks with resell rights and if you can add the autoresponder
    software which is available for free you can set it to to earn on automated
    mode.
    There is always adsense and for this niche the pay per click is quite good.
    I will give more practical methods to gain traffic and targeted keyword list to the buyer.
    Estimated figures are approximate and dont hold me onto it.
    But assuming google adsense at $2/day and three sales per month it can
    be around $150/month provided you actively promote.

    This site is part of a package which I bought with full reseller rights and I
    have value added some features.

    The domain name is unique and hand registered by me under new rates at
    Namecheap.

    I have taken the trouble to submit the sites to directories and blogs
    and for a site which is barely two and a halfweeks old the alexa rank is 1.5 million.

    Added the top selling product in clickbank for weight loss.Added BMI script.
    There are lot of ways to develop the site. Nothing prevents the seller
    from adding his own content.

    Reason for selling: I am a website developer.

    As for duplication several people might have got the same plr articles but
    I have tweaked this site to be different.

    Please feel free to ask for further clarifications.
