Advanced Article Writing: The Right Subject Pays Off

If you are somewhat skilled in freelance article writing, here is a way to triple your pay. That means if a 500 word article fetched you $30, then $90 is very reasonable. However, here you find the client with money, instead of the budget shopper finding you. It is actually very simple. Here are some clues.

Some normal top subjects are fitness, dating, meditation, healthy eating, and raising cats for plain articles.

Business people desperately want site visitors, and well written article content is king. Articles last, ads fizzle.

Check the subjects, where the advertisers pay the most, for a single person to click once to visit their site. (paid adwords)
Here are top examples: Mesothelioma Attorney $58.80, DWI Attorney $44.00, Data Recovery Service $42.00, Structured Settlements $38.00, Debt Consolidation $21.50. Remember that is for one curious person to click. Some people do not charge that for writing a 500 word article.

A decent article, submitted to just one major article directory should get 300 readers in 6 months and may be even 5,000 in a year. Now 10% proceed from your article to the website. If the subject was DWI attorney, and your article rate is now $90.00 this is a bargain.
30 times $40 = $1,200 value. Or offer a package deal. One for $90.00 or write 5 articles for $400.00. You should get an initial order for five.

Finding a person that pays is easy when just one article will save them $1,000. For subject topics on the five I mentioned, go to Google, call up the word, and there are your clients. See how their website needs content? The top listed companies have the biggest budget, but little skilled articles written. What about also writing one a month for their monthly newsletter?

There are just over 100 subjects worthwhile. Are you ready to make a decent income?
If you want another super client source (FREE), you know the 2 outside ways to contact me.

Article writing headlines with the subject phrase(s) frontward are between 67 and 100 character spaces.
Example: Find a Top DWI Attorney: Drunk Driving Offenses Equal Fines and Jail
Bold print = keyword phrases that interchange together.

So help each other out. Try to give some article headlines on these five.
If you make a suggestion of no more than three other topics, I could let you know if it is a top 100 - 200 subject.
Plus maybe even give you a profitable keyword phrase to use with the topic. (Time permitting)

Interesting thread. Just to ensure it is all crystal clear to me. In this scenario, you first write an article and then find a buyer, right?

There are different answers to you question, let me give you the preferred

1. You need to have proof of your ability (or at least until you build a reputation)
a. You research & write (2 articles and 2 rewrites)
b. these originals & rewrites are submitted to 2 recommended article directories
c. Within 48 hours of issue, we can check the results
d. lets say you have Google positions 1,2, and 7 that is over 50% of the traffic
e. (you could sell one and have link direct to client)
2. Better yet, you email client your ability –let them Google and check, they need clients
3. You can do a similar job for them, once you find out their line of business, and need
4. You collect 50%, write article(s), one goes one directory, the rewrite on their site

can show you how to get the clients also------------------------------

While not entirely what you described, you just gave me one hell of an idea to help out a client of mine, who I also regard to be a friend, and test what you stated at the same time. Thank you!

Kraven2 That is one of the aspects in becoming a better writer. You take someone's idea, add in your unique twist and adjust it to where it works.

-----see the Google ads between our posts, that was my test. Those ads cost the advertisers up to $65 each click. (something to think about)

However at some point you have to be able to dig in the trenches better than anyone else to find the gold on a consistent basis.

@dyadvisor, I applied your SEO tips to one of my EZA articles. To be honest, I knew most of it already but that never got me top rankings - at least not intentionally. I mean, sometimes I would write an EZA article and that would list as top result for a particular keyword - that was almost always accidental, but never before have I had an intentional success with SEO. Your suggestions about the title and putting keyword at center in bold must have added the extra punch apart from the fact that I tried some variations and permutations of keywords wherever possible (as suggested by you).

I already had a keyword from the client - "combating malaria", which when I researched, had very few searches per month and had fair amount of competition. I decided to experiment with the article and chose another keyword "malaria treatment guidelines" which had more searches per month and had lesser competition. I wrote a very basic article and did what I always did but tried to optimize the title as much as I could and to make sure that the opening of the article was with the keyword. Then I also included in bold the keywords around the middle of the article. The article went live few hours ago (author name River C.) and when I searched (Google of course) it was there - 2nd result on the 3rd page for the keyword "malaria treatment guidelines" and on the 6th page (not much use I guess) for the "combating malaria" keyword. I know these are not the best results and I will try to get a better result next time over but I just wanted to say that yes, it works :D . This is the first ever article where I have been able to consciously put an article on the first few pages of Google search , if not in first 10.

Thanks DY

Super. A short term tutor trying to master both article writing and ebook writing. You are already 70% better than your competition. ( Google: advanced article writing... 5 of top 10 are mine)

That is a tough one, because you are competing for a spot with World Health Organizations all over to get information read.

You made one error, The Title and The first line need to start with your keyword phrase.

malaria treatment techniques --- would have been my keyword phrase. Malaria treatment techniques to combat disease: Combating malaria technique treatments have evolved.
Email me the article (if you want), I will make a couple minor adjustments, and have you test submit it to another source. Then you should have a top ten ranking your client can take to the bank.

--------------------------------------------------nice job!------------------------------------------------

As advised, I sent the article to dyadvisor and he readjusted a good part of it and also optimized the article for the keyword that he'd selected -> Malaria treatment Techniques . Then I submitted the article to articlebase.
Guys, it is there for you to check out! The article ranks NO. 1 for the keyword : Malaria Treatment Techniques in Google.

Awesome ! He knows what he is talking about and we can all learn a thing or two about him. :D

yes DY, I tested it for others and it ranks on 1st page for quite a few combinations including, of course, for the ones you mentioned.

Also, for "treatment combating malaria" your article is #5 and mine is #2 :D The only difference is that for me that I was targeting another keyword and good ranking in this one is a pleasant coincidence. The day I learn how to do this stuff for several keywords, not only for a select few I guess I will have acquired some amount of edge in the market of SEO writing.

I am learning , and with a good teacher like you I have high hopes :)

I have been using my own blog for some testing(horror and sci fi movies). I wrote a review of Future X-Cops and applied what was stated in Dyadvizor's post. The article was at the top of the second page of Google within 24 hours!

After picking up my jaw from my knees, I tried again, by doing a review for the Wolfman and though a little less effective, half way page 3, is still nice.

Now, that is awesome by itself, but all of a sudden all other pages on the blog are getting lots of Google love as well!

All this from applying the advice with a little twist of my own. Since the reviews link to my client's site, he is very happy as well.

So thanks a lot for this golden tip!
