<b>$150.00 Banner Ad Set Contest</b>

MyDayRegistry is running a contest for a set of banners. The winner in each category will receive $35.00, 2nd place will receive $15.00 and an unlimited number of 3rd place winners will receive $5.00 if we can use your work. Please don’t be offended if we don’t choose your 3rd place banner set, we probably just ran out of money!!!

**All winners will be posted at the end of the contest. **

Please choose one or all of the following categories to enter;
(You can enter as many times as you like!)

Anniversary
Mother’s Day
Father’s Day
Hard to buy for
Wedding

Some simple guidelines to follow;

1. Must include the text “MyDayRegistry.com” or “MyDayRegistry”

2. Must include an *original* creative Pre-sale. In some cases there will not be enough room for a pre-sale, and just the name of the site will suffice.
(Ex. “The perfect gift for any occasion”,” Give her your anniversary”)

3. The banners will be for affiliates and advertising, so were looking for a wide variety of colors that will work on different sites.

4. A set is defined as 1 banner in all of the following sizes (728x90, 125x125, 300x250, 88x31, 160x600). A set should have the same colors, text and font style throughout the banners. Basically they should all match.

Below is a link to our affiliate program which has examples of some of our current creative’s. You can view a couple dozen of them without joining, but in order to view all of them you have to join the program.

Jackieh1791 - The contest ends in 1 week (March 5th at 11:59 PST). I hope this is enough time everyone? I am open to making a one time extention, but only if there are at least 5-6 members that publically make that request on this thread.

Kahara - Please be assured that there will be posted winners and each of them will recieve their payments. I am new to this site, but have been using Elance for some time now with over 25 successful projects posted.

Yugo - Thanks for the entries! There good. If you don't mind I would like to make a few suggestions to help you get these into a position to be a winner in one of the catagories... I like the layout of banner #1 & 2, were also looking for some original photo's to be used in the banner's. Work on the text on the left side and I think you'll have something to contend with

The other problem though is that your entry does not currently within the guidelines (#4). We are looking for one complete set (728x90, 125x125, 300x250, 88x31, 160x600). If you can round up the rest of these sizes you will be entered in all 5 catagories

Yugo - I like all of the anniversary banners, except the 160x600. This one could use alittle more work.
Weddings: The 125x125 is perfect. The rest need some more work. I'm not really to fond of the
container you used for the flash portion of the banners.

Other than that since your the only participant it looks like your going to win by default lol. I haven't had many entries on my landing page contest yet, there is one really good entry so far. You should give it a shot.
