While this FAQ is very rudimentary, the best answer to any question is, CALL AZOOGLE. AzoogleAds can be reached at 1-866-891-0300 or 905-946-0300 or 212-308-8509. Most of your questions can be answered by our affiliate managers, and they are standing by for your questions.

Q: How long does it take to get approved on AzoogleAds

A: AzoogleAds has human editors which approve or deny accounts. Since there are sometimes up to 50 applications per day, you can expect some delays. To expedite the process you can call 18668910300 and ask to speak to affiliate approvals directly, and you can have your account approved on the phone.

Q: When should I expect my AzoogleAds Check

A: AzoogleAds Sends out checks with 15 days of the last day of the month you earned income. (net 15 terms) – So, if you generated $100 in November, a check would be sent to you on December 15th. It is recommended for you to use ACH as your payment method. This way, the money is deposited into your account directly and you don’t have to wait to receive a check. The minimum payment amount is $50, so ensure that you have earned at least $50 in a particular month to get paid. (If you earn $30 one month and $20 the next month, a payment for $50 will be sent, so we will combine the months into one payment).

Q: Can i use AdSense/Yahoo Publisher Network with AzoogleAds ?

A: Yes, AzoogleAds is a CPA Network and does not compete with AdSense/YPN. You can place AzoogleAds links within blog entries as text links, or banners within the same adspace as you provide to AdSense/YPN. It’s best to speak to your affiliate manager to find out about how each campaign should be promoted.

Q: Can I use 1 Azoogleads Account for all my sites or do I need 1 account per site:

A: You can use 1 account for many sites, however, you should specify which sites the campaigns will be running on so there are not any surprises and so that Azoogle can tell you if there are any sites that would be unacceptable.

Q: How long does it take for my statistics to update? :

A: Updates happen in real time, but posts every 5 minutes for MOST offers, but some have daily delays (very few offers). The offer description will state what frequency the offers update at.

Q: I’ve been running an offer for a while and it seems that conversions on the offer have decreased? :

A: If you’ve been running an offer on your site for a while, keep in mind that once your audience has seen the offer many times, they will be clicking on it less, and if they didn’t sign up the first time, they probably won’t sign up the 5th or 6th time either. It is important to test many different offers and to keep both your site as well as your advertising fresh.

    Q: I’m having a problem, what do I do? :

A: AzoogleAds has a very big staff of “affiliate managers” ready to help you at any time. If you are experiencing any trouble, you should contact your affiliate manager right away. Both their picture and contact information is in the upper-right corner of the AzoogleAds interface. Or, you can call 1-866-891-0300 and ask to speak to someone in affiliate management.

Q: I’ve been rejected from Azoogle, how do I get in? :

A: If you’ve been rejected, it is not impossible to re-apply to Azoogle. Rather than just filling out a new application, call 1-866-891-0300 or 905-946-0300 and ask to speak to affiliate approvals, and clarify how you are planning on delivering traffic, perhaps there was some sort of misunderstanding, and clarification will help you get in. Don’t be afraid to call.

Q: It’s the 25th of the month and I still haven’t received my check!! :

A: Since checks are sent out via air-mail, please be cognizant of the following:
    1) Sometimes the mail slows down, especially during holidays
    2) Azoogle sends out thousands of checks. It’s not impossible for an envelope to get lost.
    3) Are you sure you didn’t throw the check out along with other junkmail you received?

If you have waited a long time and didn’t receive your payment, just call us and we will issue a stop-payment on the existing check and resend you another one. Or, switch to ACH payments so that payments can be deposited directly into your bank account and you don’t have to wait for the mail.

    Q: I’m showing MORE/LESS clicks in AzoogleAds than AdSense/Yahoo shows? :

A: AzoogleAds tracks clickthroughs for every UNIQUE user. So, if you’ve been running a campaign for a little while and then start a PPC campaign, it is possible that some of the users you are driving through Google/Yahoo will be unique to Google, but not unique to your AzoogleAds account. As such, there will always be a difference in the clicks that Azoogle reports and the clicks that any third party reports. The most important thing to monitor is your conversion and your ROI on a campaign. If you have any more questions on this topic, talk to your affiliate manager right away.

Keep in mind this is not THE official AzoogleAds FAQ but something put together in order to aid digitalpoint members with frequently asked questions here on digitalpoint about AzoogleAds.
