After years of repeated failure and struggle, like aj22 I have finally developed a winning system involving the AdWords content network. My system is different from aj22's, though, partly because it uses direct linking. I'm currently doing reasonably well with ClickBank (around $150 - $250 gross sales per day). However, as with many CB affiliates, my sales patterns make me suspicious that I'm not getting credit for all the sales I make, or at least that sales are being lost due to credit card processing problems, as reported by others on the CB forum. So I'm considering signing up with Azoogle, as some others here seem to do well with it and rate it above CB. However, it looks like signing up is a convoluted process, and not a particularly easy one for a UK publisher. Also, I did sign up recently with PrimaryAds, which I believe may be similar to Azoogle. When I looked through the PA offers I was disappointed to find that all of the ones that appealed were for US or North American publishers only. So before diving in, my questions are: 1) Have any other UK publishers here successfully signed up with Azoogle recently? Was it difficult, and has it turned out to be worthwhile for you? 2) Are there attractive offers which UK publishers are allowed to promote (even if it's just promotion to the US)? 3) Do Azoogle merchants generally permit direct linking? If they do, do they generally allow use of their domain name as a display URL? If the answers to these questions turn out to be mostly negative, I will know that - for me - it will be better to stick with ClickBank, warts and all. If Azoogle is not appropriate for my system, I would welcome suggestions as to which networks to consider in addition to ClickBank and CJ. Thanks in advance to anyone who is able to help with these queries.
I signed up a while ago. It wasn't difficult for me but it has been for others. Being from the UK is not a problem. There are some very attractive offers, and you can promote whatever you want. Your nationality is irrelevant. Just don't advertise US offers in the UK. Many do, others don't. The problem is, if someone's already direct linking, you have to fight for the display URL. ClickBank's a load of crap compared to AzoogleAds. Get in on the AzoogleAds game as soon as you can. Keep in mind, however, that AzoogleAds is picky when it comes to approving applications. You might be disapproved.
