Yeah, I just noticed that today and I can't seem to get around it. I am not sure if its new or not because I only been with them for a month and half.
Seems new to me as well. I got to figure out some way to efficiently export and maintain old data myself. Shrinking the window to 7 days is a pain for me. I assume they did it because of the volume of data they process, but that doesn't mean it does not suck. Not to mention every time I go to have a report e-mailed to me it never shows up.
WHATTT i just noticed this today also..... I mean common sometimes I like to look at my stats over a month not just for 7 days.... I believe them limiting down to 7 days is JUST STUPID... I can understand not more than a month but 7 days..... I am sure enough of us complain they will adjust it. My AM will be getting an email
I complained about it, never got a straight answer. Glad to know I'm not the only one and they are switching it back. Definitley need at least a month of data.
TBH IMHO is 3 months the minimum needed, I mean @Azoogle ... this is your Money too Today I needed to look at an campaign I paused bc of lack of money I can spend, this campaign delivered LOTS of clicks, too much for me, and I needed to look how it converted now that I have enough capital to restart this particular campaign, and guess what... I couldn't. My AM told me he got no answer back until now if it'll be switched back or not... Yeah, dunno it's just stupid to be only able to see 7 days back. I can buy you an server you can use only for stats @ AZ
Thanks to all of your feedback we were able to get the changes reversed and bring back SUBIDS for everyone. Enjoy!
Not a problem, it was because of this thread we reversed it. What happened originally was that a few affiliates with 1,000,000 subids (literally) were slowing down the overall network stats by pulling large date ranges by all their subids. The solution in place now queues any report with over 500 subs and emails it out upon completion. But for everyone else with <500 unique subs it's in real-time. Hope that helps, -Joe
