Azoogle support has become non-existent

Just a rant with a slight hope of getting some Azoogle rep to take notice. I've been with them for over a year and since their office move I no longer have an aff manager.

6 weeks ago I directed an email to their support address explaining a problem which started off approx 6-7 months ago, a specific payment which I'm still owed, even my old AM didn't bother to actually sort it out despite numerous requests.

So after that initial polite, well detailed email I sent, roll on 25 days and I get a reply from "Erin" simply asking me whether the matter has been resolved yet or would I like to continue with the matter - looks like you have a tight support team there, sigh.

I mail back instantly explaining it's still an open issue, I haven't received a reply yet.

I mail Mitch 3 days ago explaining the problem and heck, hold on to your hats here, even daring to ask if I can have an AM attached to my account so I can actually get some efficient support.

    No reply yet.

    Thanks guys, appreciate it.

If you get a few leads you'll immediately get a new AM. Not saying that's a good policy for Azoogle to use...but that seems to be the way it is right now.

It's good to have a AM but what if your basic support requests are not being answered in the period where there is no AM attached to your account?

I have also requested some help with an issue several days ago and have heard nothing at all so far from Azoogle.

Same here - asked to have an AM attached to me as I'm starting out and I heard nothing back. Looks like I'll try NeverblueAds first now.

That's really a shame to hear. My experience with Azoogle has been nothing but great, granted, I kept my AM throughout their moving process.

Hopefully they can get that sorted out for you guys

Jeez! You guys act like the only way to communicate is email.

I have been with Azoogle almost 2 years and the support is top notch.

Must have been one heck of a move. I wish they had different office hours, I have to work a real job 8-6 by the time I get out they are closed. Voice mail seems to do squat. Lets all hope things get better as they settle in.
