As a potential merchant, I am wondering if when a merchant says "no bidding on retail brands" for example, and traffic arrives at the merchants page via search on one of those brand terms, does Azoogle have precautions in place to not reward a conversion?
You would probably need to contact Azoogle and explain the violation and which affiliate violated the terms. I doubt they have a way to monitor your server stats.
