Well, I am Indian, but I have not joined them because I am already using other affiliate networks and am happy with those. But I remember somebody from Azoogle made a post in this forum that people can apply and then can give them a call to get accepted. But finally whether you will be accepted or not depends on your website content and the availability of the suitable advertisers with them.
It is an affiliate program like CJ (commissionjunction). Sellers will provide them wares, which they will provide to web publishers. if you have a website and if someone buys a product by follwing a link (provided by azoogle) through your website, azoogle takes money from the seller and gives you a percent of that Azoogle is foamous around here because shoemoney endorses it, and they have kick ass rintone offers from dada that seem to convert well.. ie: If you place the ring tone offers on your ring tone sites, and if people sign up via yur link you get a commission..
