Yes Waiting for a week for response to my two emails with questions about being merchant. No response. Called by telephone had to go through automates system then when got what I wanted got message "sorry we are unavailable at this time so interational call wasted" You would thik some reps would read this forum

Yea You prolly did the automated system wrong or you called on a weekend! Or when they are gone! They are NOT a 24 hour company! Read the times they are there!

are you talking about your affiliate manager not answering or their general info email not answering? it sounds like you aren't a member yet... i've heard that they are slow to respond to general email questions, but once you're a part of the company, they respond much faster. during business hours, i can count on getting either a phone call or an email response within 30 minutes, sometimes faster.
I just got the email off the website and put merchant questions sign up in email header. I want to know if they can handle four or five tier affiliate level tracking. This is crucial to my strategy getting good affiliates and even general public affiliates
