Azoogle Campaign @ 1.50 CPA - Offers | PPC | Conversions

So I am an Azoogle affiliate.. where to promote and how is the question...
So I have a few questions I would like to ask:

    1. What offers should I promote?

So I talked with my AM. He showed me an offer he claims is doing good for other people, good for people with low budgets, has a payout of 1.50 USD and have an ePCP of 20-30 cents.

    2. How do I drive traffic to my offers?

I will be using Yahoo! Search Marketing. I want to learn how to use PPC. I know how AdWords work. I have read about Google for months. I would like to get a steady campaign working on Google before I move onto Adwords however.

    3. Should I be using a landing page?

I would like to use a landing page, that would be one page on about a 6 page site just on the offers. Kind of like a mini landing page site, so I don't get 'slapped' by Google for low Quality score. Any information on the Google Quality score would be wonderful.

    4. Should I iFrame the offer page on my domain?

I was going to iFrame the offer page and center the fields in the middle of the screen. It's a 4 field offer page.

    5. How should I track conversations?

I was going to use something like this:
    http://www.afftoolbox.com/2007/11/17/how-to-put-tracking-code-on-your-landing-page/"]http://www.afftoolbox.com/2007/11/17/how-to-put-tracking-code-on-your-landing-page/
However, I would like to not share what is working for me and get it private as Azoogle can see what is convention for me. I will not start a PPC Campaign until I have proper tracking set up on my pages.
Some of the things I would like to track are IP, Time, Location, Keyword, Search Engine, and what Ads give me my leads. I know little about PHP and MySQL. I can understand it when I look at it, but I don't know how to write my own scrips.

    6. Where do I get my keywords, and how many do you think I should have?

I was going to get my keywords from all over the internet and different tools, would have somewhere around 1000+ keywords to start, and I would track them seeing what ones are winners and which are not, etc.

    7. How much should I be spending on PPC?

As of now, I have 300 dollars cash, and a 100 dollar Yahoo! Search Marketing coupon I am going to use. So that gives me 400 dollars to make some leads. I will be investing all revenue back into PPC. However, I don't have the funds to test different offers to see if they convert, or do I? So I really need to know if the offer my AM gave me will convert. Breaking even or having an ROI of about -10% would mean the world to me. It would tell me I am almost there and I must be doing something right. I am not really interesting in profit yet, just learning the model of PPC to CPA and marketing offers that convert and getting better with keyword research.

    8. Do zip/e-mail offers still convert?

I was on Wicked Fire asking a few questions and someone said that I should not Market on AdWords, it would just stress me out even more because I would be losing on the 1.50 dollar offer anyway. Is this true? There are some zips/e-mails that are more then 3 dollars, however, they are in more completive markets.

    9. Would any of you recommend the payperclickformula?

I am very interesting in this guide and I can get it. However, has anyone had any luck with it? Someone said that it's around zips/e-mails and that Google's next slap is going to be around those offers.

10, What is "surbbing a lead"?

I have heard that even though you will get someone to complete a lead, they will go over the information, and if it's in their data base, you won't get paid for it. Do all offers do this?
Also, with zips, there are thousands of people with the same zip code. How would they scrub these? There are only so many zip codes in the US.
I don't think that is fair. I can see why they need to do this at times so they continue to pay 1.50 USD+ for an e-mail or something. But those scrubbed leads are clicks and PPC costs.

Thank you for any information you may have about any of my questions.

    Well, I suppose so.

However, I placed what I was going to do so people could tell me to do something or if I am going something right.

Basically, what I am going to do, and if I can do it better.

-scrubbing a lead is when you dont get a lead because the email address is already in their database.

-id most likely use a landing page but depends on the offer

-some convert but test them before sending traffic

    1. ask your AM for the highest converting offer.
    2. yahoo has good traffic.
    3. Including a contact, private policy and a terms of service would increase your score. I don't use adwords, but i know including articles would help.
    4. I think iframes depend, you have to ask your AM on the offer.
    5. haven't tracked much yet, track keywords.
    6. Use any keyword tool, they all bring back the same results. The software tools give you ad info. 1000+ is good.
    7. iono, spend on what your comfortable w/.
    8. The convert, but probably not as high as you want. im doing zip/email offers now.
    9. Its a very good intro into cpa, mind being its $800? If you have a good QS you'll be rdy for slaps.
    10. scrubbing was explained.
