I have similar issues. A payment is delayed and they asked me to fix my adress back in december, there was no need for a fix though as nothing changed. I didnt get a reply back from my AM since then.
If you had an affiliate manager and he's still listed in the top right of your account pages, then no, he did not get canned. Follow-up with him
